DUE TO COVID-19 there can be a delay in you receiving your order once it has been shipped from our workshop. 

Your order will be processed within 7-10 business days it will be shipped via USPS. Once USPS has your order the time frame of delivery depends on them. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING TRANSITION IF YOU WOULD LIKE INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE YOU CAN REQUEST IT DURING CHECKOUT

Exchanges 

No exchanges due to hygienic reasons

Non-returnable items 

Unfortunately due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns.

Refunds

All sales are final, We do not provide refunds.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to COVID-19 there are NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS this is strictly due to sanitary reasons.
